An application used while browsing the web that essentially turns any website into a chat room. As you move from webpage to webpage, gooey shows you how many other gooey users are at a site in that domain at that time, and allows you to chat with them. There are also some icq-like tools, such as a buddy list, instant messaging, and file transferring. Pretty interesting stuff.
