Use baking parchment when you need to iron heat sensitive pictures on T-shirts etc. or when you just need to press a pair of trousers and don't want a shiny mark. Its non-stick properties are brilliant, the transfer stays put and the heat further fixes the design onto the cloth - great if you're into designing your own logos using your PC, printer and specialised paper.
