This is a movie that went
straight to video in 1996. It is a story about a
jewish girl, and her close friendship with her grandmother.. a
concentration camp survivor. Personally I found the story line to be trite, and melodramatic. There is a reason it went straight to video.
This is one of those movies with a cast that couldn't save it. So much bright talent, some already famous, others on their way. The cast includes
Claire Danes,
Jude Law,
Robert Sean Leonard, and
Julia Stiles.
