Ratchet has managed to repair all Autobots except for Optimus Prime, whose head still remains captured by the Decepticons. Meanwhile Buster Witwicky begins to understand how to control The Creation Matrix transferred into him by Optimus.
The paralyzed Josie Beller completes her gravity-defying suit transforming her into Circuit Breaker, a weapon against all the Transformers.
The Autobot Jazz proposes a deal to G.B Blackrock, who agrees to provide them with fuel in exhance for protection. Blackrock's plans of demonstrating his powerful anti-robot cannon are ruined by Circuit Breaker's sabotage, and the demonstration area turns into a battlefield as Decepticons Starscream and Frenzy attempt to capture the new weapon.
