Tarot is officially called a "game" in most published card sets.
Most Tarot people know the Rider Waite Tarot deck. It has 23 Major Arcana (not 22), and four suits of fourteen cards each, known as the Lesser Arcana. Some readers prefer to use only the Major cards.
Other decks have derivative or novel card sets. Another popular set is the Osho Zen Tarot, featuring more colorful artwork and one-word provocative names for every card.
Some people attempt to use the Magic: the Gathering game cards or poker cards as Tarot. I wonder if it's possible to find an appropriate set of Pokemon cards...
