British online travel agent, which was recently
floated to much
excitement in the
financial markets.
Shares opened very high, then the price
tumbled, as
sensible people realised this company had
no chance of recouping its costs: everyone in the
UK would have to buy three
holidays a year, or something, before they would make a profit.
Hopefully from now on, investors will require a decent business plan as well as ".com" in the company's name.
