These
begin to happen at times when
eating has been taking a
lower
priority lately. If you think you may be
prone this
affliction, watch for the
following
symptoms:

noticably cold extremeties
- light
delerium

loss of
appetite

muscle weakness

stiff back and
joints

mental fatigue
If you are
experiencing a some or
all of the above, and have not
recently eaten,
brace yourself for the
shivers. The
best thing for your
body in this
situation is to eat, but be ready to feel
nauseated when you do. You will probably have the
urge just to go to
bed, but eat first, or you'll feel
wretched in the
morning.
