Curworthy is a hard
English cheese produced by
Rachel Stevens from
unpasteurised cow's milk.
Curworthy is based upon a seventeenth century recipe, and is vegetarian. It's a buttery and creamy cheese which is not particularly dense. The cheese is matured for sixteen weeks before sale.
Curworthy is available in two varieties, Meldon Curworthy and Belston Curworthy. Fat content for both versions is 48%
