Term applied to something that should happen but often doesn't. Should be verbally capitalized, just like the terms "Good Thing", "Bad Thing", or "Right Way." This is a favorite of programmers, though I have heard many normal people use it. Examples would be:

It is also quite effective if you trail off at the end of the sentence... This indicates that again, you're not totally sure if the obvious universal truth you just spoke about actually works, or if it's just a wild eyed, pie in the sky, pull it out of your ass, theory.
