Oddly enough, this phrase was coined by George Orwell, in 1984, to describe Julia, Winston Smith's girlfriend. She was a member of the Anti-Sex League, and was therefore interested in screwing at every opportunity....but fell asleep any time anyone mentioned Goldstein's political theories.

Strange, how sexist that seems now....
