If you mean "typing in all caps works better at pissing me off," then yes, you're correct.

If you mean "typing in all caps is more easily readable," it's not. From my own personal experience all lowercase is easier to read and doesn't induce eyestrain nearly as fast.

If you mean "typing in all caps will get the tech support people to take my trouble ticket more seriously," please come to my house so I can kick your ass.
