Slang, especially prison slang, for borrowing something. "Let me feel them chips" means someone wants to eat some of your chips.

Also note that if you let someone feel your g-shot book, they are probably gonna get their money, and your gonna get a sticky magazine back. All this assumes that a green doesn't catch them and confiscate the material in question.
